MISC has been green-lit to produce a series of films for the City of Hope National Medical Center. The MISC films will educate patients and their families about why this testing is necessary for clinical care and why it is crucial for research purposes.

MISC is happy to announce a new collaborative partnership with New Filmmakers LA (NFMLA). In September, NFMLA will host Film Festival InFocus: Latinx & Hispanic Cinema which will include virtual screenings, filmmaker Q&A’s and industry panels with a focus on world-class stories from the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Spain, Chile, and the Dominican Republic. Submit your short film proposal to shine a light on mental health issues to Art With Impact. Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit a proposal for a short film, within one or both mental health categories for this year: mental health issues specific to Black people, and mental health issues specific to immigration experiences.
